Dynamite is a premium BWR Grade Plywood as per standards of IS: 303 bonded with Urea Melamine Formaldehyde Synthetic Resin under computer controlled temperature and pressure. It is Borer and termite proof treated with preservative and comes with a 15 years warranty, available at a very competitive price, whereas offering advantages almost at par with BWP Grade Panels.

Dynamite BWR Grade Block Boards ranks among the finest of Block Boards made from high quality seasoned wood bonded with Urea melamine formaldehyde resins under computer controlled temperature and pressure as per IS: 1659 standards. The Block Boards are strengthened and made using more durable veneer cores with the application of preservatives to withstand under robust climatic conditions.
Thickness : 19 & 25 MM, (available in all standard sizes)
Range : Poplar Single Core & Poplar Double Core.
Pine Single Core & Pine Double Core.
Grade : BWR/MR (for other grades, please refer to us).

Dynamite Club (Boiling Water Proof) Plywood is among one of the top few brands made by pre-pressing, where each veneer is treated with preservatives before pressing, ensuring equal distribution of moisture and adhesive. The machine dried seasoned hardwood veneers and a layer of high quality face veneer is used for the surface bonded with phenol-formaldehyde (PF) synthetic resin glue under computer controlled temperature and hot pressed in a process using state of art plant & machinery. A specific stress-relieving process is employed to keep the product dimensionally stable.

Dynora Standard Quality :
Dynora Plywood is boiling water resistant manufactured from veneers of tropical forest plantation hardwood logs which are fully matured and bonded with high quality phenol formaldehyde resins. Bonding is confirming to IS 848-7974. The chemical treatment with preservative gives a guarantee and protection against wood destroying organism, wood boring beetles, termite, fungi, rots and borer. Dynora Plywood is calibrated to impart uniform thickness. It lasts under most rigorous conditions and gives years of service.
Dynora Block Boards are made from well seasoned battens and are properly frames and pressed between hard wood veneers. All manufacturing operations like frame making, pressing, finishing are carried out on the most modern heavy duty machinery and employs the latest techniques. The bonding is done using “Phenol Formaldehyde Synthetics Resin” to make the Block Boards weather resistant, strong and durable.
