Pancham plywood, available in Commercial and BWP Grade confirms to the standards of IS: 303 & 710 respectively. Pancham Plywood is bonded with Synthetic Resin as per standards of IS: 303 & 710 respectively under controlled temperature and pressure with adequate timings to obtain unmatched bonding.
• Every batch of resin is tested for water resistance and other characteristics to ascertain that each panel bonded with. All the veneers are treated with anti termite and borer chemical, which are used for the manufacturing of Pancham Plywood.
PANCHAM BLOCK BOARDS :
• Pancham Block Boards are available in Commercial& Boiling Water Resistant Grade, bonded with Melamine Urea Formaldehyde & Phenol Formaldehyde Synthetic Resin respectively.
• Pancham Block board is a premium quality board with high resistant properties against borer and termite attacks. Face Veneer, Core Veneer & wooden battens are well graded for their quality by supervisors. The wooden battens are thoroughly seasoned in scientifically run seasoning kiln plants to control and equalize moisture in battens.
• In Pancham Block Boards, battens are systematically arranged with the support of frames and utmost care is taken to avoid any extra gap between the battens.
