The product is absolutely environment friendly bonded with Urea formaldehyde synthetic resin in accordance to Indian standard IS: 303 for Plywood & IS: 1659 for Block Boards by applying additionally best quality preservatives & strong glue making the product extremely durable, non-sensitive to harsh climate and borer & termite proof coupled with high strength and anti-bacterial properties. Solid Pine Frame Poplar Filled Triple Core construction using kiln seasoned timber, in strict Conformity to IS: 2202
Hardwood core veneers of full width, dimensions & thickness is used making doors dimensionally Stable & free from the defects like cracks, tearing or delamination.
Bonded with best quality Urea formaldehyde synthetic resin, conforming to BWR Grade & chemically Treated to make doors borer & termite free
Manufactured under strict quality control to achieve perfection in specified tests such as Glue Adhesion, Knife, Flexure, Edge Loading, Impact resistance & Screw holding etc…
